ABOUT THE IMAGE: This photostat print was used during the production of Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back. It showcases the front 3/4 view of an early design for the T-47 air speeders used during the Battle of Hoth. The prototype is referred to as a "1-Man Y-Wing based snow speeder." Please note the embedded date, production code, and signature of the film's art director Joe Johnston in the bottom left corner. A faint "WONDERFUL!" stamp is also visible to the lower right of the speeder. There are two sets of 3-ring binder peg holes on the upper and lower margins of the piece.
