Shirley the Loon

Shirley the Loon is a young, blue, and white loon and a recurring character in Tiny Toon Adventures, an American animated television series that aired from 1990 to 1992. She attends Acme Looniversity, a school where she learns from her mentor Bugs Bunny, and other classic Warner Bros. cartoon characters. She is known for her laid-back and peaceful demeanor, as well as her unique abilities. She is able to use her magic powers to levitate objects and people, communicate telepathically, and travel through space and time. She is also a skilled musician, often playing the guitar or singing in her spare time.
