ABOUT THE IMAGE: Set as a parody of Disney’s Fantasia, “A Corny Concerto,” quickly called into check all that Disney represented in its thematic bigness. Instead, Bugs, Elmer and his faithful hunting dog, dance about to The Blue Danube in a strangely-mocking and deeply cartoony style. This cartoon has been a favorite of animation buffs since it first appeared in 1943.
“A Corny Concerto” is a hand-painted pan cel and background, produced by Bob Clampett Animation Art.
