ABOUT THE ARTIST: Tom Sito is an American animator, animation historian and teacher. He is best known for his animation work with Walt Disney Animation on films such as The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, and Beauty and the Beast. He later left Disney to work with Dreamworks Animation where he animated on Antz, Prince of Egypt, and served as the storyboard director for Shrek.

ABOUT THE IMAGE: The drawings are rendered with great attention to detail to plan the characters' positioning, the camera angle, and the character acting for the scene. These come from the scene where the lion cubs enter the graveyard at around 18:27 and continues through Zazu trying to reason with the hyenas, their chase through the bones, and finally Mufasa warning the trio to never come near his son again. They are in Very Good condition with light edge and handling wear, faint age-related toning.

ABOUT THE MEDIUM: Original Storyboard Drawings show what’s moving in each shot, and in which direction, so that the production team is crystal clear on the desired end result, which is exactly what a professional storyboard should do. Having an original production storyboard from one of your favorite movies or short films is a great collector's piece! Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity!

NOTES: A rough thumbnail sketch of Simba, Nala, and Zazu drawn on a sticky note has been attached to the first drawing.
