ABOUT THE IMAGE: Little Runaway is an animated Tom and Jerry short released on June 14th, 1952 by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. It was directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, and produced by Fred Quimby. A seal pup escapes from the circus and hides in Tom and Jerry's backyard pond. Jerry befriends it and agrees to keep it hidden, while Tom tries to catch it for the $10,000 reward.

ABOUT THE MEDIUM: A model sheet is a group of character drawings illustrating different poses and expressions of a cartoon character. Because a number of artists worked on a single cartoon, these sheets were circulated to the animators to give a uniform look and feel to a character throughout a production.
